Frequently asked questions

Is this for beginners?
Yes, I designed the app for ALL levels of fitness. You can easily tailor any workout to your level by adding or eliminating weight or resistance. With plenty of different styles of workouts from pilates, boxing, hiit, tabata, low impact, high impact, and full length videos.
How long are the workouts?
Each workout will very, but they average 35 mins. Plus you can always split up your workout and do some in the morning and then later in the day, if you're busy.
What equipment do I need?
Minimal equipment is needed. The Cattabell is ideal since it can eliminate your need for a variety of dumbbells, but is not mandatory for the app. If you don't have a Cattabell you will need a set of light dumbbells and a loop band, but that's it!
Is this a monthly payment?
If you buy the hugely discounted year membership it is a one time payment, if you choose the monthly option it is a reoccurring payment billed monthly. Cancel anytime.
Can I ask Catalina questions if I need help?
Yes! This is one of the best benefits of my app! You won't get this on any app out there! You don't talk my assistant you get me. Never be left sstuck wondering, all you have to do is ask!
