How Long are the Workouts and How many Days a Week is the Program?
The workouts are 30 minutes or less. They can be done anywhere with minimal equipment. To get the best results over the designed 8 weeks, This program has 4 strength training days and 2 separate cardio days.
How is The Catalina Technique different from regular Pilates ?
The Catalina Technique focuses on toning smaller muscle groups at a fast pace. So you're able to get in and out! It's also great for healing AB separation common with mothers. None of these moves can make Diastasis Recti worse,( aka ab seperation) unlike a lot of other programs. We heal and tone to create long lean muscles without any bulkiness.
I had my last child years ago, Is it still possible to heal and get results?
YES! I've trained many moms with teenagers who thought they could never get their body back or even better than before! You can heal ab separation at anytime, along with all the other problem areas women have post pregnancy.
How does it deliver high intensity results with low impact moves?
